-Procedures, processes, job descriptions of the department development and implementation - Generation of the annual budget of the department. - Ordering tools, trainings and equipment for department employees. - Organization and control of travel schedules and shifts. - Work with customers on warranty and non-warranty cases. - Weekly meeting with customers on non- conformance issues and discussion of warranty cases.

- Organization of department work, compilation of job descriptions, procedures and processes. - Approval of suppliers for the department. - Accreditation of the laboratory for Nondestructive testing works according to the standard ISO 17025. - Monitoring and control of verification, calibration of equipment and instruments of the department. - Control of budget expenditures on staff business trips. - Search for new customers to present and sale of Nondestructive Testing services.

-Coordination and control of employee work schedules and shifts. - Order and booking train and plane tickets for company employees. - Hotel reservations and search for apartments for employees for long-terms. - Work with the migration police on visas and passports. -Organization of events, including meetings of the first persons of the company, trainings of foreign delegations and team buildings of the company. - Search, making of contracts with suppliers, business documentation control (registration of incoming /outgoing correspondence)
