Development of piping documents such as MTO, Painting & Insulation MTO, Plot Plans, Key Plans, Equipment Layouts, Tie-in List, Tie-in Location Plans, Support List, General Data, Line List etc. Preparation of isometrics & general arrangement drawings. 3D modeling in Smart PLANT 3D (S3D). Experienced user of AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D, Naviswork Freedom/Manage version. In charge of daily updating 3D model of ongoing projects by SmartPlant Review tool & Naviswork 2021 Manage. Participation on 3D Model reviews of ongoing projects. Preparation of site survey reports on oilfield. In charge of updating of Piping Material classes in 3D database using SPC Puma 5 software. Familiar with International Standards such as ASME, ASTM, NACE etc. Projects: V-701 Replacement, RMS H to KPC New Trunkline, Injection wells: Well 9879, Well 9880, Well 9881, Production wells: Well 9878, Well 9882 MBU, Well 101-1, Well 806N-D. Units: Caustic Neutralization Unit, 6th Trunkline on Unit-2, Unit 3 FGC Balance of Plant, KPC Flare system upgrade.

Data collection directly from field and further verification. Registration of all missing (wrongly mentioned) components to CMMS Master register. Checking CMMS list by comparing collected from field data and official vendor datasheets. Project: 4th Injection Compressor on Unit-2 (4IC)

Preparation of new Piping Material Classes in SPC Puma 5 software on projects in Angola, Egypt, Algeria and Italy. Making calculations for calculating the minimum value of the piping wall thickness for new piping classes, choosing proper materials for future pipelines, valves, bolts etc. Checking valve datasheets and conducting a technical evaluation of vendor datasheets.

3D modeling of piping scope and equipment of other disciplines (electrical, instrumentation, automation department and civil structures) based on their technical documentation/standards/drawings. Site survey at Karachaganak field, checking feasibility of future piping. In charge of execution piping documentation. Projects: Karachaganak Debottlenecking Project (KGDBN)

Assistant to Head of the Production Department. Filling out work-permits. Evaluation of schemes of wellhead equipment; Daily site survey to RMS (Remote Manifold Station), production wells, separators, KO Drums, distillation columns, flares etc.
