Warehouseman: Participate in daily morning meetings, meetings with contractors, HSE meetings; responsible for providing safely working environment for employees and anytine be ready to stop work if any hazards; prepare the work permit for lifting; take control of timely supplying of all the necessary materials in order and solve force-majeure situations to avoid any delays in construction process; check all MRs (material request) received from contractors by drawings and isometrics; based on isometrics and drawings, determine the acidic invironment of the line (NACE), definition of types (stainless, galvanized or blaxk metal), and material standarts (ASME, ANSI, GOST), up to studs and bolts (B8, L7, L7M); contact with Procurement and Logistics department for traceability of the required materials; issue consumables from the stock in SAP; remove the materials, equipment from our store to contractor's store in SAP Receiving, storaging materials, (parts, elastomers, chemicals and equipment) for building plant, following storage procedures. Issue materials, equipment to contractors for installation, check all required materials by drawings, isometrics. Keep records (receiving, issuing) in database.

November 2013 - March 2015 - Logistics functions: Organize trucks, cranes for loading/unloading equipment to/from rig site. Create, record of MDT (Material Delivery Ticket). Create shipment from plant to plant and Post Goods Issues and from job/to job transactions in SAP. May 2012 - November 2013 - Warehouseman III (in additional to below): Inventory Specialist functions (order parts, equipment (assets and inventory) from overseas), responsible for local orders (procurement), create Purchase Requesition and Purchase Order in SAP April 2010 - May 2012 - Warehouseman II (in additional to below): Responsible for export (packing the materials or equipment into the box or crate, weighing) create delivery ticket and Post Goods Issue in SAP. Responsible for import (check and count received shipment by customs declarations and customs invoices) make Goods Receipt in SAP and update bin locations in SAP if necessary. Planner functions (create Work Orders for equipment, return WOs to stock, create pick lists in SAP.
