• Working on creation, optimization and update of Information Management standards, processes and procedures in Facilities Engineering Department • Was a member of the project team which was working on a plan of re-shaping of Information Management Organization in Facilities Engineering to facilitate changes of moving from document centric approach to data centric approach • Facilitator of “Wet signature requirements for documents” Lean Sigma Project which helped to reduce number of hard copy documents which lead to 400,000$ annual soft savings for company and 1,700,000$ soft savings for Future Growth Project (3rd generation plant). • Co-author of white paper “Tagging philosophy in Tengizchevroil”, which was presented in Chevron Facilities Engineering Conference 2014 (Houston, USA) • Introduced “Toastmasters” club meetings in Information Management Center team, where I coached and mentored coworkers on public speaking.

• Worked on improving software through identifying bugs and on finding opportunities for better performance • Executed change management of the project in 581 (out of around 8000) schools of Republic of Kazakhstan through managing project team (around 32 people) in 16 states of Kazakhstan and organizing trainings

• Provided precise, accurate and quality market data to the traders in Tick Data Team. • Helped in projects that enhanced systems which captured accurate real data from the market and provided quality analytics on the data. • Worked on projects in Securities Indicative Data Team which enhanced and supported functions such as connecting both internal and external data sources to support algorithmic trading, risk management, strategy development and trade capture. • Organized bowling event for employees and interns of technology departments and birthdays celebration events for Electronic Trading Department
