• Working for Tengizchevroil company, FGP Project; • Assisting in the fulfillment of obligations to regulate labor relations; • Daily site visits to identify potential IR risks and to confirm that employee grievances are being resolved; • Providing daily feedback to supervisors on grievances, discussions and mitigation; • Updating daily IR dashboard; • Attending contractor worker committee meetings; • Attending IR Meetings with BPs, draw up the minutes of meetings and provides to Tengiz IR Manager; • Providing assistance with grievance investigations upon request from the IR Supervisor; • Assisting with the analyses and identification of important and relevant IR related information, establish likely causes of problems, potential IR risks to the project; • Writing detailed report on the findings upon completion of the investigation; • Communicating with contractors the grievances received and request written mitigation; • Conducting monthly Accommodation Audits of Business Partners on a monthly basis; • Conducting monthly HR/Payroll Audits of Business Partners on a monthly basis; • Completing a detail audit report; • Consolidate Salary Report; • Knowledge of Exhibit G-3

• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long term staff requirements • Management of all HR actions- recruitment, promotions, releasing in accordance with the company policies and the RoK legislation • Represent Company interests on quarterly PIRG meetings. • Monthly, annual staff assessment and organization of development plans for the next year • Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits, administer payroll and maintain staff records. • Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities. • Control on organization of annual HSE and specific professional trainings. • Advice the operations team on the contractual right and liabilities of the project • Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures. • Developing Industrial Relations procedure and Demobilization plan • Registration of employment with transferring to other position, employment termination. • Entering dates in the workbooks, storage and calculation of service length; • Making notes in personal file about disciplinary, promotions and giving; • Monitoring of the actual time of employees at work; • Preparation of leave schedule; • Selection of candidates for a job; • Compilation of schedule for a medical examination and performance assessment; • Conduction of the planned performance assessment. • Conducting and organizing of Monthly Working Committee Meeting with working committee representatives regarding grievances and other issues. • Preparing and submission Monthly Industrial Relations report. • Conducting Monthly Industrial Relations/Payroll audit with client. • Knowledge of Exhibit G-3
