Been entrusted with leading the development of new modules, integrating them with existing systems and services. My expertise extends to several government projects focused on real estate and loan services. I've had the privilege of working with both the .Net Framework and .Net Core, spanning early to later versions. Responsibilities (Projects): 1.Pension Savings Managing Platform (Leading Developer): Successfully led the migration of application based platform from monolithic architecture to a microservices-based model. Added more than 20 complex application templates with different business logic. Developed an Admin dashboard with 40+ features. Application processing time reduced from 3-10 days to 4 minutes to 3 days. Implemented a handmade backup system for 20TB of user-specific data. 2.Mobile App (Backend): Rewrote vendor services to comply with Bank's safety regulations, ensuring adherence to security standards. Optimized database tables, reducing errors from a few hundred a day to a few hundred a week. 3.Digital Signature (GOST): Implemented and refactored the digital signature system to enhance efficiency and compliance. 4.QRSignature (eGov QR Sign): Spearheaded the first implementation of the "eGov QR Sign" feature for enhanced user authentication and signation. 5.Real Estate Service and Online Banking (Microservices Migration): Moving from a monolithic architecture on the Real Estate website to microservices and then integrated it with the existing Online Banking system, ensuring a cohesive and scalable architecture. Optimized complex page load times from ~17s to <1s. Implemented several government mortgage programs in accordance with the bank’s safety regulations. Worked in Agile and Scrum methodologies within tight schedules, averaging 10h+ a day.
