Legal support of corporate bodies on issues concerning Kazakhstani and AIFC legislation.

Functions: - governing the activity of Legal Department Responsibilities: - governing the activity of the division and control of the work perfomed; - drafting and expertise of important civil agreements (for instance, agreements on sale-purchase, lease, work, service provision for fee, storage, insurance, trust, copyright agreements); - providing legal opinions on important issues of the activity of the company (in particular, on issues of implementing AIFC law, civil, labour, land, administrative law and legislation on bankruptcy); - participation in civil and administrative proceedings, labour disputes.

Functions: - legal support of credit activity. Obligations: - drafting agreements (for example, loan agreements, security agreements); - conducting legal expertise of credit projects (for example, expertise of client’s statute and registration documents, of title documents to property) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - providing legal opinons concerning the activity of the Bank (for example, on issues of implementing civil, banking, land law, law on statepurchase and subsoil use).

Functions: - governing the legalwork. Responsibilities: - governing the activity of the division and control of the work perfomed; - drafting and expertise of civil agreements (for instance, agreements on sale-purchase, lease, work, service provision for fee, freight forwarding, storage, insurance, trust, copyright agreements); - drafting and expertise documents concenring HR managment (for instance,labour agreements, education agreements, orders and other local documents); - providing legal opinions on issues of the activity of the entity (for example, on issues of implementing civil, migration, labour and administrative law); - participation in civil and administrative proceedings, labour disputes.

Obligations: - drafting and expertiise of civil agreements (for example, agreements on sale purchase, lease, work, service for fee, storage, insurance, trust, copyright); - providing legal opinions concerning the activity of the Bank (for example, on issues of implementing civil, banking, labour, land and administrative law).

Functions: - legal support of corporate governance. Obligations: - preparation and conducting of meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Meetings of Shareholders of the CJSC “BTA Bank”; - providing legal opinions on issues related to corporate governance and methodology (for example, on issues related to the Management Board, the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders); - providing legal opinions on issues related to implementation of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine and Russian Federation.

Functions: - legal support of credit activity. Obligations: - drafting agreements (for example, loan agreements, security agreements); - conducting legal expertise of credit projects (for example, expertise of client’s statute and registration documents, of title documents to property) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan; - providing legal opinons concerning the activity of the Bank (for example, on issues of implementing civil, banking, land law, law on statepurchase and subsoil use); - conducting legal audit of Bank’s branches.
