I have been undertaking a field scientific and research work on Kazakhstan Caspian Transportation System Project. My responsibilities incorporated obtaining field data for preliminary environmental impact assessment. Also I have been contributing to assessment of sources of air and water pollution as well as industrial wastes inventory. I have been participating in technical development of project documentation both in English and Russian languages. I took part in an offshore environmental baseline survey of Pearls concession block contracted by Shell.

Basically, I’ve been assigned to render translation/interpretation services to every single engineer of Field Engineering Department including Field Engineering Manager (Susie Crawford). The translations covered extremely wide range of issues such as cable installation works (Electrical), fire-fighting and fire-detection systems (Instrumentation), pipelines early construction and handling works (Pipelines). Surely, it’s worth considering my professional experience under instruction and supervision of PFD Pipelines Survey Supervisor Paul M. Dibb. The translations tackled issues including, but not limiting the following: Gas Export Expansion Project Survey Investigations – site visits, record of Contractor’s reports, geotechnical and topographic reports proofreading & translations, topographical survey works on SGI Metering Stations flow-lines and high pressure injection lines, ring-main, trunk line, to name a few.
