- Participate/support in technical reviews and studies which include but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, SIMOPS HAZID, QRA, SIMOPS QRA, Hazardous Area Classification; - Follow up and ensure timely close-outs of HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA studies recommendation; - Perform SCE Identification using Bow-tie Methodology and develop Performance standards; - Provision of technical support in terms of Process/Construction Risk Assessment for Brownfield/Greenfield modification processes during work the with Projects/RFAs; - Manage deliverables of Technical Safety Engineering activities during FEED and Detailed Design and ensure completion to the required quality standards; - Support during MoC and Operational Risk Assessment as per request from Operations/Maintenance departments; - Focal point for multiple KPO Projects including but not limited to: o Karachaganak Gas Project Brownfield Scope (Unit-4) o Karachaganak expansion project. 6th TL and 3 Injection Wells, o RMS-H to KPC TL, o RMS-Y Horizontal Flare Installation, o U2 area 8-360 DGS Upgrade o U2 area 8-360 Upgrade of PSV-104A/B to HIPPS o Production Wells Hook-Up, - Work as technical scribe for process safety workshops like HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA; - Ensure engineering studies successfully delivered and appropriate reviews are conducted; - Carrying out appropriate discipline and inter-discipline checks and reviews of engineering and design work; - Guidance on the appropriate risk mitigation measures required for operational and integrity related Process Safety Issues; - Interpret SNIP and RoK process safety design requirements and ensure they are implemented on the project; - Support to Lead Technical Safety Engineer in facilitation of risk assessments using a range of tools and software for the process hazard analysis and risk assessment - CMMS register focal point in PED: responsible for input data collection, SCE Identification and hand over to Project Management Team.

• Keeping the records and prepare HSE statistics reports for Project Management, Health Safety and Environment Manager; • Support to Lead Technical / Process Safety Engineer; • Working as technical scribe for process safety workshops like HAZID, HAZOP, ALARP Demonstration & SIL Classification; • Assistance in HAZID, HAZOP & SIL Assessment reports preparation; • Maintaining Projects Safety Health and Environmental Monitoring System (SHEAMS) register; • Follow up of action closeouts of technical safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, FERA, EERA; • Coordination of Authorship Supervision Projects; • Coordinating Authorship Supervision team members activity; • Managing KPO HSE Card Program, reporting, submission to KPO and the action tracking; • Arranging and conduction of HSE Induction for company, partner, customer and contractor employees; • Conduction of HSE trainings, including AIM Awareness, KPO HSE card, Serious-About-Zero trainings for company, partner and contractor employees; • Arranging HSE trainings requests for company and partner employees; • Implementation and enforcement of different types of project HSE documentation, including updating HSE procedures, instructions, induction, etc; • Overseeing daily HSE routine operations; • Conduct enquiries and lead in internal HSE investigations; • Promotion Transport Safety, monitoring IVMS records and producing monthly driving safety reports, performing vehicle safety inspections; • Provide HSE advice within the limits of their expertise; • Execution and completion of HSE specific tasks.

• Acting as focal point for all types of trainings as per TCO Project needs; • Directly liaise with TCO FGP trainings department and FGP Contract representative for arrangement required types of training; • Participation on monthly TCO Training & Mobilization Communication Meetings; • To arrange HSE Inductions for all Company personnel; • Conduct weekly on site meetings with construction team members and promote TCO safe work practice; • Maintain FGP BBS program – documenting and logging observations into the FGP BBS database; • Conduct inspections with HSE Supervisor on the construction site; • Conduction of HSE meetings for the office stuff on a weekly basis; • Provide support on routine HSE issues; • Create and maintain a log of all training for project employees. Initial training and refresher training; • Develop Project Training matrix and keep up to date. Submit on weekly basis for relevant part of Project disciplines; • Translation of internal HSE procedures from Russian to English; • Send out requests to TCO Training-centers for initial, secondary training needs as per RoK requirements on Industrial Safety, Labor safety, fire safety and etc; • Submit on weekly basis report to HSE Manager on employees’ trainings completions and requirements.

• Development and updating of Company HSE procedures; • Conduction of safety induction for the new-comers, visitors and trainees; • Arrangement of HSE training services for Company staff; • Conducting and participation in safety meetings for the Company's employees and Contractors; • Actively participation in near misses investigations including preparation of reports; • Keep all HSE documentation updated for monthly safety summary. • Control of following Safety Instructions, Procedures, Internal policies by personnel, including Contractors; • Control availability, good condition and correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment; • Organization of medical examinations for Company’s employees; • Conduction of periodical evacuation drills in case of emergency situation; • Control over the organization of storage and distribution of PPE for Company staff; • Responsible for translation of documents, presentations and reports from Russian to English and from English to Russian.

• Coordination of Company transport; • Prepare and maintain all documents related to transportation activities; • Inspection of vehicles, fuel delivery; • Daily updating of transport related reports; • Check driver and vehicle logs, fuel receipts, and driver trip reports for accuracy; • Maintain monthly recap of kilometers and liters tracking for financial accruals; • Translation of internal documentation from Russian to English, from English to Russian
