• Annual Budgeting and forecast 5 years for all departments of the company . • Analysis of the implementation of the budget fact by subdivisions in the context of channels/type of product/product range to Ebitda indicators • Control of the daily expense report with external contacts • Control and calculation of production costs and cost of imported products • Control of the monthly and daily cash flow report. • Control over the execution of the return of receivables together with the Sales department on a weekly basis • Analyse and report on the pricing policy of the Company • Analyse all marketing and commercial promotions • Control and audit distributors retro bonuses , discounts and other promotions • Cooperation with banks on credit lines • Other financial and operational duties • Working in 1C 8.2 Book-Keeping

- Prepare and control of the Financial reports (weekly,monthly,annual ) - Monthly and annual Budgeting for the Holding companies, and two separate companies ( plan, forecast and fact) - Annual budgeting for direction by operational expenses (plan and fact),cash flow and etc - Profit and loss report including all account reports on the monthly basis, - Working in 1C Book-Keeping, - Preparing statements for payment to Finance director on monthly basis - Audit and registering account documents (invoices, bank, cash receipts) in 1C Book-Keeping and etc.
