Headquartered in San Francisco, Minerva is a leading educational innovator and global provider of top-tier higher educational offerings, which unify rigorous active learning methodology with advanced information technology. Simply put, in my role as the Student Outreach Associate I seek, inspire and support students in their application process and enrollment to Minerva Schools at KGI. I oversee the regional outreach strategy for Central Asia, Caucasus, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, Balkan and Baltic countries. Achievements, recruitment season F19: 71% yield of enrollment in the region Additional projects: Contributed to a first-ever networking event for the graduation class (https://consequent.minerva.kgi.edu/) that brought together 300 people from across the world for 80 events in 2 days.

EducationUSA is a U.S. Department of State network of over 425 international student advising centers in more than 175 countries. My role managing the program for Competitive College Club cohort implied managing an international Russia-wide skills development project for teenagers (65 top students across Russia), which is one of the network's key focus. Achievements: Developed and implemented a structure to the program; Recruited 80 top students from across Russian Federation; Organized a 5-day summer training on the application process for 30 program students and advisers from across Russian Federation; Built and organized a 3-day winter intensive business case training and competition in collaboration with the US Embassy. Additional Projects Outreach throughout Russian Federation, training and supervising about 100 volunteers, in-center event management, working on the launch of the web-site, Moscow performance reporting

Recruited over 120 professionals to the field force across different business units in Russian Federation; Managed 2016 Management Trainee intake Additional Projects Carrying out internal systems and IT-related processes for the team; leading supplier relations processes; training new employees; representing the company at career fairs and other events.

October 2014 - June 2015: Researcher at Kazakhstan subsidiary in Almaty. Responsibilities: Search strategy development and implementation; labor market research, audit and analysis; interviewing and selection; documentation and reporting. Additional Projects: acting as a link between the RosExpert HQ and WE Partners in the development of the positioning strategy (two-folded brand: services and employer); coordinating HR-related activities; representing the company at career fairs and other events. June 2015 - October 2015: Researcher at the Head Quarters in Moscow (promotion).

Responsibilities: Recruitment at all levels and functions; on-boarding design, implementation and coordination; employee satisfaction related activities launch and support. Additional Projects: Coordination of L&D sessions; analysis of training outcomes (company award received).
