My role managing the program for Competitive College Club cohort implied managing an international Russia-wide skills development project for teenagers (65 top students across Russia), which is one of the network's key focus.

Recruited 80 top students from across Russian Federation;
Organized a 5-day summer training on the application process for 30 program students and advisers from across Russian Federation;
Built and organized a 3-day winter intensive business case training and competition in collaboration with the US Embassy.
