Cargo Transportation Route Construction Project (Prorva, TCO) Control over all HSE department activities on the Project. Covering around 1800 manpower on the project, 10+ subcontractor companies. Led HSE team with 40+ specialists (supervisors, inspectors, emergency response team, environmental team, road safety). Focal person for the management & client related to all project health and safety issues. Planning of HSE activities, inspections, meetings, drills, audits, etc. Arrange and lead internal HSE meetings. Participate in a weekly and monthly HSE meetings with a client. Led incident investigations and reporting, control over closure of immediate and long term corrective actions. Gas Processing Plan Construction Project (Kandym, LukOil) Implemented HSE observations register and it’s control system. Organized HSE documentation according to the MS requirements. Led internal HSE meetings and site inspection team (10 person). Controlled timely closure of client’s (LukOil) observations. Led Incident Investigations and control over closure of immediate and long term corrective actions. Reported on emergency drills and developed corrective actions. Provided HSE presentations for company and subcontractors’ staff.
