Manage corporate safety incident notification and investigation procedures, ensure compliance with procedures requirements within KPO, as well as revise these procedures periodically to ensure they are aligned with RoK legislation, parent companies requirements and international HSE standards; Ensure that Incident Notification and Incident Investigation management process is applied at all levels across KPO organization and maintained in accordance with RoK and KPO requirements; Participate and provide support in investigations of major and high potential incidents, as well as occupational illnesses and fatalities; Provide training on incident investigation process and root cause analysis across KPO; Continually improve incident investigation process, reports quality and root causes identification process in order to prevent recurrence as well as preserve company budget and assets, being closely worked with all KPO departments; Analyse immediate, underlying and root causes of the incidents by means of tap root software as well as consult HSE departments’ representatives for effective incidents root causes identification process. To set the trends and type of violations for further elimination; Ensure the quality and completeness of information in incident investigation report and other documents provided by responsible parties and return it for rework if required; Manage the process of identification and agreement of responsible parties for corrective actions established as per incident investigation results within the frame of the whole company. To improve the monitoring system of corrective actions completion (to call meetings with personnel responsible for actions completion to discuss completion status if required); Register incident investigation reports into Synergi database to ensure effective incidents data inputs. To ensure the quality of corrective actions completion in Synergi database by responsible parties. To ensure security and confidentiality of incident investigation documentation (electronic and hard copies); Cooperate with parent companies HSE representatives on incident investigation results and lessons learned of high potential incidents and lost work day cases in order to comply with Final Production Sharing Agreement (FPSA); Cooperate with state authorities and to ensure all required incidents notifications (including incident in contract companies) and reports are submitted and registered in compliance with RoK legislation; Ensure adequate procedure for incident notification to state authorities is available, and also consult KPO and contractor personnel on this procedure when required; Conduct audits and quality reviews of corrective actions closure raised from incident investigations, produce periodic reports as required; Prepare, distribute and communicate flashbacks with lessons learned as per serious incidents investigation results to all the company and parent companies(PaCo) personnel; Submit weekly incident reports to established distribution list for internal awareness with in KPO; Conduct analysis of incidents and root causes, advise management on safety issues that pose a threat to the venture and its workforce, working closely with Synergi database and reporting coordinator; Consult with KPO Legal department regarding the notification and investigation process issues; Prepare the projects of orders/prikaz, solutions, instructions, directions, methodical and review documents in labour protection, industrial safety and environmental protection issues. Keep tracking of national /international incidents and communicate lessons learned applied to KPO organization; Prepare presentations on investigation of major incidents (for ex.HPI’s) for KPO management and Parent Companies; Participating in development and preparation of incident and accidents investigation training programs as well as identification of root causes; Ensure adequate resources to provide incident investigation training to personnel, including the preparation of handouts, selection and assessment of potential service providers and trainers / instructors; Provide with adequate information for HSE forums and campaigns; Make offers on development and implementation of more advanced facilities and other means of protection from adverse and hazardous effects of production, participating in the study of working conditions at job places; Take part into HSE audits of 1-2 levels that are conducted by Field HSE department and HSEQ Directorate as an auditor as well as participation in audit reports preparation; Carry out other tasks of line Managers within the limits of responsibility of the position

The Facilities Engineering (FE) Safety Specialist reports directly to the FE Construction Group (CG) Superintendent. The person in this position will work closely with FECG and all TCO OE/HES groups in all the following identified areas: Implementation of the CHESM process to include: development and updating of contractor Progress Improvement Plans (PIPs); tracking PIP action items to completion; monitor contractor progress against HES metrics; monitor the CHESM safety rating process of FECG contractors. FECG Auditing Process to include: scheduling and participating in regular Job Site and Permit to Work audits; maintain the tracking database for audit action items; tracking audit action items to completion. FECG Safety Training Requirements: assist in all safety training requirements for FECG and sponsored contractors and monitor for compliance. Focus areas: - WRP, PIC, Permit to Work, Fire Watches, Safety personnel, etc. - SI updates/revisions - Hazard Recognition - Turn Around Safety BBS - as a participant and a mentor. Investigate and report accidents, injuries and near misses to include: investigation of incidents involving FECG sponsored contractors and ownership of incidents that directly involve FECG projects; and assisting C. Reps and C. Engrs. in the development of IF reports, Near Misses and Safety Bulletins. Actively share safety information during weekly staff meetings, job-site tool box meetings, monthly safety meetings, etc. Routinely audit construction sites to ensure contractors and their workers are properly certified, that all equipment has current safety inspections and certifications and that equipment and tools are safe to operate. Assist in the development and presentation of material at a monthly FECG Contractor Safety Forums. Assist in the development and presentation of material at the bi-weekly Transportation Tuesday meeting, preparing the FECG VDO charts, discussing news and events, and presenting training information.

To improve the working labor conditions, and to do them in accordance with normative legal acts; To supervise performing of different necessary testing of equipment, machines and devices, to follow the schedules of parameter’s measures of dangerous and harmful industrial factors; the implementation of Prescription documents from State Supervision Department, the control and monitoring work if it is satisfied the safety and labor protection, legal acts, regulations and instructions, HSE standards during the production.

Control of construction activities for any safety violations; Dedicating HSE advisors, Firewatchers, on areas / locations based on daily site requirement and documenting it on “Daily Safety Allocation”;Organizing and arranging Work Permits, Task Risk Assessments and other HSE documentations which are necessary for objects; Providing daily toolbox talks to employees before work starts, arranging trainings for employees required by the General Sub – contractor. Undertake hazardous gas testing using Multi Gas Tester and site Work Permit. Monitor compliance to issue Work Permit. Conduct audit on rigging/lifting equipment, excavation, electrical equipment, compressed gas cylinders etc. Coordination with Construction Supervisors for implementation of corrective actions/measures to identify hazard.
