· Interpret and implement standards, including policies, guidelines, protocols, and procedures for the site medical points · Direct general business clinic activities including: mail, filing, records, and leasing with the client for support services to the medical points including IT and telephone services · Support service delivery by ensuring that equipment is in order or is repaired when required, that all supplies arrive on time and all correspondence and documentation related to equipment and supplies is fully completed and stored appropriately · Carry out the instructions and duties as specified by Site Manager, Senior Medical Officer and MS OPS Manager · Documentation to be organized, managed and recorded in accordance with Intl.SOS and State requirements, including but not limited to contracts, and company related matters including both internal and external correspondence and documentation · Financial Control and Cost Efficiency
