Responsible for all aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards. Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with global leaders in health care Dentsply Sirona, 3M, NSK, Planmeca Oy, OMS, Philips. • Monitor, demand planning and report on inventory levels • Sourcing and contract negotiation, renegotiation contract terms, pricing with suppliers • Place orders for products and supplies • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve sales service • Organize the delivery and customs clearance of goods via service providers • Preparation of documents for customs clearance, have all documents required for import as permits, a licence from Government Regulators, check the correctness of HS code, and other information mentioned in import/export declaration • Select the optimal carrier and delivery route for domestic and international transportation • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates to keep costs down where possible

Responsibilities: Providing complete Supply chain management (logistics, procurement, transportation, warehousing): - Organization and control of continuity and productivity of the logistics department (procurement and warehouse) - Analysis, planning, coordination and management (including execution control) of logistics processes - Co-operate with global leaders in healthcare as Beckman Coulter, Diasys, DRG Diagnostics, Boule Medical AB, order placement, a smooth shipment organization from CO - Organization and control of all import processes (customs clearance, preparation of paperwork and working with brokers) - Co-operate with government institutes to have permission documents for the goods imported (National drug expertise institute, pharm control, national security committee, etc) - Evaluation and analysis of logistics-related expenses, budgeting - Optimization of logistics processes, develop efficiency - Co-operate closely with Marketing, Commercial Department and Finance to reach full customer satisfaction & the set targets
