Proactively identify, support, and drive mitigation for safety or environmental issues Monitor all aspects of Quality Control relative to installation activities for rotating equipment levelling, equipment alignment during the construction to ensure adherence to the COMPANY technical requirements. Assure Contractor accurately completes relevant Quality/ Regulatory verification documents (QVDs/ RVDs) in a timely manner in line with Implement a "Zero QVD backlog" initiative and monitor its effectiveness. (Ensure QVD Review & Tracking in alignment with Construction progress, Timely submittal & Progressive reviews of QVDs.) Build team relationship with Business Partner (BP), by supporting and filling in the gaps Mentor and coach BP to eliminate issues before they become an issue, clearly communicate quality expectations Progressive engagements with construction counterparts, know the SOW and construction schedule (4-8 week lookahead). Have daily debriefing to status QVD completion with BP counterparts. Monitor adherence to Exhibit F-5 'Contractor Quality Requirements' Implement regular Preservation / Quality walkdown with focus on "Build-It Clean" & monitor its effectiveness Ensure that documentation is being completed, signed off, and compiled as the work progresses to support turnover and record retention activities at the project site Provide construction audit input to the project audit plan and coordinate with the project Quality representative Assist Quality Leads with training of the site quality program to site personnel Review and approve contractor quality programs and inspection and test plans submitted per contract requirements; identify appropriate hold or witness points on inspection and test plans

Verify that all testing procedures for coating activities have been approved and are on site. - Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and signed off and that testing equipment is calibrated - Control of storage and certification of consumables, performs qualifications of coating processes - Checks surface preparation, carries out wet and dry film thickness checks - Ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed out prior to acceptance of the work - Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles, verifies the correct color-coding and painting - Performs visual checks after blasting - Review and verify work prior to completion, witness acceptance tests final quality checks prior to acceptance as appropriate - Verify all coating, insulation, and fireproofing is built in accordance to the design and verify against approved drawings - Review or witness in process and hold point inspection during construction in accordance with the ITP - Work with project team leadership to resolve discrepancies in piping, component and structural system conditions - Inspection & checking of protective coating and identification of external corrosion/damage mechanisms by visual inspection of pressure vessels, process piping, tanks, valves, fittings, non-welded joints, insulation, supports, clamps, small bore take-offs and structural members - Raising the non-conformities found during the inspection and monitor the contractor’s corrective action to further close out - Witnessing and surveillance inspection on contractor’s surface preparation and painting activities as per relevant inspection points stipulated in ITP

Double Joint Facility Aktau, welding, coating shop for FGP project pipeline, Client: TCO/KPJV - Inspect the coating materials as they are delivered to the site for contamination and verify the environmental requirements of the material was met during transit. - Conduct Procedure Qualification Trials, Procedure Pre-production Trials. - Conduct pre-production salt, conductivity, and compressor air quality test and review the results. - Conduct profile and surface cleanliness test on every weld before coating. - Conduct adhesion “X-cut” test on the FBE coating and review the results. - Conduct hardness test on the FBE coating. - Holiday test coated pipe and the repairs. - Track batch numbers of the coating powders being applied to the pipe.
