1.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts relating to suppliers, Work in progress,, and document business transactions for the Project 2.Inventory receipt and write off transactions uploading in 1C system. Preparation of the powers of attorney for the receipt of materials. 3.Registration of Contracts and Addendums with suppliers and contractors in 1C 4.Input into the system of the Expense reports , employees’ Cash disbursement reports; control over the indebtedness of advance holders 5.Prepare / review / monitor the primary documentation and the financial data for statutory compliance / VAT recoverability, collecting and archiving / dispatching to the Head office. 6.Monthly Reconsiliation with suppliers / contractors (by the 28-th of each month). 7.Contacting with the local tax authorities, customs, and suppliers. 8.Reporting to the Chief accountant. 9.Stocktaking preparation (database preparation, production member education, stocktaking differenced analysis). 10.Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and control procedures. 11.Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 12.Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. 13.Maintain seamless cash disbursements from the entity treasury center. Revewing the invoice trailers before payments . 14.Resolve accounting discrepancies. 15.Maintain manual filing systems. 16.Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. 17.Other duties as assigned.

Checking and entering all invoices to 1C package. Preparing invoices for payment. Making payment through online bank program. Controlling of receivables and payables updating and controlling the vendor’s accounts and sending balance conformation statement on quarterly basis, necessary assistance / co ordination in the timely completion of the statutory audit and internal audit. Preparing the material consumables reports. Making and submitting the statistical reports. Working with 1C, Bank, statistical & Tax programs. Preparing other accounts reports for management.
