Conducting Hydro, Pneumatic, LTT, Gas tests; Checking test bench certificate, Monometers, Pressure vessels, Safety valves on bench, Checking operator certificate, Completing test report according to customer procedure, Reading charts. Visual inspection of sandblasting, painting, Completion of final inspection checklist, Inspection of packing. Inspection of welding; Visual inspection for defects, for the presence of pores in the seal areas, Conducting Nondestructive Testing. After all phases of work are completed , reports on welding reports and nondestructive testing are provided.

Incoming inspection; Checking the certificate, checking the damage, visual inspection, filling out the itinerary. Positive Material Idennotification (PMI-Vulcan expert, HITACHI). Machining inspection report. Certificate of conformiti inspection. Liquid penetran examination inspection report. Conducting Hydro, Gas, test report.

Control over spare parts of valves, sealing materials(soft, hard), nuts, studs, springs, gaskets, lubricants, introduction of a schedule for replenishing the stock.
