Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Prior to any Production Control focused meeting to be able to review company schedule/120DLA/4WLA schedules; to be familiar with all IWPS associated with scope of control along with supporting drawings as well as material/engineering and other construction constraints Facilitate Milestone Mapping sessions with TCO and Business Partner Area Construction Teams to agree and identify upcoming tangible milestones, definition of scope and conditions of satisfaction Working closely with the Systems Completion department to achieve MC Dates and WD Dates of subsystems before walkdown. Actively participate in Production Control and other Area Construction meetings to increase awareness of construction activities completed as well as future construction work fronts and provide visibility and control of the process for NFI initiated to QVD closed Work with Construction and Quality Teams to liquidate backlog of inspections for verified construction complete scopes Confirm and track process of NFI initiation for construction complete activities and expedite Facilitate Production Scheduling Mapping sessions with area teams to create a robust production schedule that represents sequence of activities that is in alignment with execution planning strategies Facilitate weekly Production Scheduling session to ensure the latest activities are in line with the Level 4 schedule. Ensure constraints are properly identified Facilitate Daily Production Planning sessions to update all completed activities and next day planning. Confirm why activities were not completed (if applicable) for continuous improvement purposes. Validate recorded commitments during daily site walks Coach Persons in Charge (PIC’s) and Work Responsible Persons (WRP’s) during weekly game planning to ensure required quantities are aligned with latest production schedule Ensure Productivity Manager/Area Construction Managers are aware of all negative/positive PPC analytic trends Develop and manage various ad hoc requests to support construction activities.

• Provide technical supervision over the implementation of construction and installation works. • Check the compliance of the volume of construction and installation work, as well as structures of the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, building codes and regulations, standards, technical conditions, labor protection standards. • Take part in the consideration and approval of changes in design solutions arising during construction, promptly resolves issues of replacing, if necessary, materials, products, structures (without reducing the quality of construction objects). • Examine the causes of delays and deterioration in the quality of construction Installation work, take part in their elimination. • Carrie out technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and objects, prepares the necessary technical documentation. • Keep records of completed construction and installation works and prepares the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of construction plans. • Check the estimate documentation for the construction of facilities, calculate the cost, record the work performed. • Carrie out individual service assignments from my supervisor.
