Accountability for the implementation of the Environmental and Climate Change strategy of the Kola Division and international ESG & SD standards. The negative impact reduction of industrial factors to the environment, humans, biodiversity within the Company's area of responsibility and implementation of best practices and process solutions.

Oversee of all Environmental aspects for the production facilities with annual processing of 30 M tons of ore. Direct support the Operation in the execution of the Company’s environmental local and international legislative obligations. Lead of development and implementation of environmental & waste management system and provide control over their execution and timely revision. Develop and maintain the Environmental Risk Register and environmental monitoring and reporting system on-place to compliance with local, Company and international requirements. Maintaining and control over department budget (CAPEX & OPEX) as well as strategic budget plan. Oversee consultants and suppliers to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to the required quality. Lead and control over environmental incident investigation process, including implementation of mitigation measures and corrective action plan. Develop and implement of environmental training programs. Selected Achievements: ♦ Reduced risk and met Corporate and State requirements by obtaining all required Permits and optimization of few environmental projects. ♦ Develop and introduce EMS, including Waste Management System. Reducing of industrial waste disposal for period 2015 - 2020 by 53.21% from total volume formation, due to an increasing of waste reusing to 11.09%, as well as waste sale as a secondary raw material to 42.11%. Recovery of waste disposal costs from selling waste (cash-back) amounted to 50.37% (including logistics). ♦ Several projects of sewage treatment and treated water recycling development and implementation: modernization and expansion of treatment facilities, pipelining of water recirculation at two production facilities, installation and start-up of water treatment plant. - Total water savings rate is 540 m3 / day. ♦ Awarded with “Copper badge” from KAZ Minerals Group as recognition for professional achievement in implementation of socially innovative and resource-saving projects for landscaping and field improvements.

Environmental supervision of key operational functions at offshore production field (400 K b/d – 1.5 M b/d) Coordinate and provide technical support of environmental protection & waste management issues for all aspects within offshore operations and compliance with local, corporate and international environmental requirements. Development and implementing Environmental policies, procedures on-site, including various initiatives designed to environmental risks reduction. Maintaining and implementation reporting and permitting system in-place as well as monitoring and research within nature protection zone. Selected Achievements: ♦ Key role in developing and implementation Offshore Environmental & Waste Management Plans, detailed Work Instructions and procedures. ♦ Improvement and initiatives implementation to corporate environmental reporting system for production phase.

Providing Environmental support for multi-operation processes on 5 artificial Islands within offshore oilfield. Providing regular Environmental and Waste Management support and assistance for multiple offshore operations. Maintaining internal inspections & audits and control over the contracting companies. Development and implementation internal procedures and plans. Implementation environmental monitoring program and trainings. Selected Achievements: ♦ Implementation of best practice for offshore waste management. ♦ Development and implementation internal control program for hazardous waste on different facilities at offshore field.

Implementation of Environmental tasks within Corporate strategy for onshore and offshore facilities. Review and maintaining Corporate Environmental engineering projects & reports (Emissions, Discharge, Waste, Monitoring). Implementation monitoring programs at onshore and offshore facilities. Overseeing of contracting laboratories and precipitate on internal audits. Selected Achievements: ♦ Development of ballast water management procedure (for the facilities close to nature protection zone). ♦ Development of consolidated waters database. ♦ Successful response to the oil spill at the sea in IFR weather conditions as SRTM.

Wastewater management for LQ and industrial facilities with 1500 POB. Day-by-day maintaining and control over wastewater treatment processes and providing quality control of all required outlet parameters. Development, implementation and review Company liquid waste management plan and supporting procedures. Selected Achievements: ♦ Development and implementation treated water-recycling and sludge composting system in place. ♦ Development of Wastewater treatment plant extension project

Providing environmental lab service for Oil & Gas, mining and metallurgy companies. Standardizing laboratory equipment, reagents, reference laboratories, policy and procedures. Identification and consolidation of laboratory testing across all lab aspects. Maintaining laboratory budget, performing financial, administrative and QA/QC duties in order to maintain company goals, compliance, efficiency and productivity. Selected Achievements: ♦ Expansion of laboratory accreditation. ♦ Voluntary audit team member for several Oil & Gas Companies.
