Translation and DCC departments - Responsible for operations of translation and DCC department (30 employees) - Reporting to Director and Company Owner - Functions as a head of translation department: searching, interviewing, hiring new employees for translation (translators) and other departments (English speaking specialists); organizing crew change schedule; distribution of different translation tasks (English, Kazakh) between translators at company projects (Atyrau, Tengiz, Karabatan, Aksai, Budapest); gathering monthly reports from department employees, submitting different reports to management; contacting with translation agencies in case of difficult translation tasks (big scope, various languages); attendance at different meetings at clients’ offices with my company management - Functions as a head of DCC department: searching, interviewing, hiring new employees for DCC department; organizing crew change schedule; supervising preparation of bidding packages – cooperation with clients (TCO, KPJV, Agip KCO, NCPOC, KPO etc.) accepting RFP, distribution amongst company responsible employees, gathering necessary technical and pricing data for proposal, printing and submitting to client in time

- Supervising the material part of the project - Coordination the procurement process – making requests to city office for different materials and tools required for the project - Cooperation with Agip KCO and PSN warehouse stuff in order to receive the materials from Agip store – analysis of material needs on project, making material request form properly, gathering signatures of authorized supervisors, receiving materials from Agip warehouse, arranging transportation to site or base store - Making material consumption analysis and reporting to head office on a weekly basis - Assisting to site supervisor and superintendent - Providing verbal and writing translations – technical documentation, safety meetings and briefings - Making material passes, consignation notes etc. - Discharged on grounds of stuff reduction due to project finish
