Senior Document Control
Responsibilities: • All work is carried out in phases: FEED, Construction, Red-line Mark-up, and As-build. • Control incoming and outgoing correspondents • Checking the quality of documentations for compliance with the standards and requirements of the Customer NCOC. • Distribution of project documentation for the IDC "Internal Discipline Check" of the company before issue to the Client (NCOC). • Assignment of internal numbers for forms, orders, letters and documents • Request for numbers of documentation and drawings from Customer. • Support engineering team in releasing documentation correctly, following the Customer’s requirements. • Control of the date of sending and receiving project and subcontractor documentations • Control and distribution comments to the documents which were received from customer (NCOC) • Open new folders for new projects and subcontractors • Checks the received documentation for compliance with the standards and requirements of the Customer/Designer/Supplier. If errors are detected, takes the necessary actions to correct them. • Manages document control distribution functions to ensure proper storage and management of all received documents and drawings within master records. • Provides the team with status information related to the project for use in various reports. • Provides a report on the status of working documentation for a certain period (upon request). • Knowledge of standards, methods and instructions for the preparation of drawings and other design and technical documentation. • Distribution work into DCC team • Support and help to DCC team • Archiving all documentations after the close of the project • Reconciliation with the NCOC report all final versions • Completing hard copies and sending them to archive • Weekly report for NCOC • Monthly report for Management and Engineering team

Responsibilities: • Implement the General Rules of the Document Control Center (DCC) and specific rules required by the Customer for a specific project and monitor all updates. • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, receiving, tracking and monitoring documents using standard document management programs. • Draw up an operational work plan in accordance with priorities. • Ensuring proper control, distribution and management of information sent and received from the Client, Designer and Supplier. • Ability to distribute document flow work within the Central Control Commission team and monitor its implementation. • Checks the received documentation for compliance with the standards and requirements of the Customer/Designer/Supplier. If errors are detected, takes the necessary actions to correct them. • Manages document control distribution functions to ensure proper storage and management of all received documents and drawings within master records. •Provides the team with status information related to the project for use in various reports. • Provides a report on the status of working documentation for a certain period (upon request). • Knowledge of standards, methods and instructions for the preparation of drawings and other design and technical documentation. • Maintains the confidentiality of confidential information, commercial and official secrets. • Interaction with project and project team managers. • Control of updating document files in accordance with new revisions • Issue of document flow procedures and assignment of numbers for internal documents. • Finding more reliable and efficient methods of distribution, control, monitoring, archiving and reporting. • Ensuring employees comply with company policies, requirements and instructions • Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the enterprise management relating to its activities. • Request and receive from the Company's structural divisions information and materials necessary to perform their functional duties (work); • Submit proposals to improve the activities of the structural unit for consideration by the immediate supervisor; • Make decisions on issues within the competence of the employee; • Use the Company's technical means to the extent necessary to carry out effective work in the position; • Improve your professional level, participate in seminars, workshops, advanced training courses; • Take an active part in all projects and programs developed by the structural unit; • Exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulations of the Company.
