• Managing retail marketing projects of main clients, as Huawei, Samsung, JTI, etc., including: - The management of promo-activities all over Kazakhstan; - Development & implementation of new marketing activities to improve brand promotion; - Communication with clients, negotiations, discussions & preparation of new proposals among promotion of brand; - Control over financial processes; monitoring of budget execution of the project; - Market analysis, retail sales analysis, and evaluation of the competitiveness of the company; - All kinds of reporting for clients.

Organization and control of smooth operation of all units of the company, including: - The selection of contractors, contracts, pricing; - The distribution of orders, monitoring the process of implementation, the organization of buying and selling services for the construction and commissioning of telecommunication base stations; - Communication with clients, negotiations, discussion and resolution of current difficulties and / or error, handling complaints; - Control over financial processes; development and monitoring of budget execution, monitoring the distribution of cash flows, calculations and plans for the company's profits; - Market analysis, evaluation of the competitiveness of the company; - Relationship with governmental authorities, the control of the fulfillment of all obligations to those and / or other third parties; - Monitoring the quality of services; - Control over the observance of safety rules and regulations on labor protection.
