Continuous Improvement: The CMMS analyst identifies opportunities for process improvement within the maintenance management system. They collaborate with maintenance teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, optimize preventive maintenance schedules, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Integration and Interfacing: The analyst ensures seamless integration and interfacing of the CMMS with other systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, asset management systems, and data historians. They work with IT teams and vendors to establish data exchange protocols and enable efficient data flow between systems. System Upgrades and Enhancements: The CMMS analyst stays updated with the latest CMMS technologies, features, and industry trends. They participate in system upgrades, evaluate new functionalities, and make recommendations for system enhancements based on evolving maintenance needs and organizational goals.

Reconstruction of the equipment database in the SAP system. Equipment identification of spare parts and material for its further order for the purchase. Development of equipment maintenance plans, revision of existing plans.

Preparation and Adherence of short-, medium- and long-term maintenance and repair plans for operating and auxiliary equipment. Preparation of Maintenance & Repair plans for spare parts, auxiliary equipment and contractor’s activities. Preparation of regular planning reports in accordance with established benchmarks. Monitoring of key technical data to ensure compliance with maintenance and repair plans and production and operational indicators of the Equipment. Compliance with standards and procedures to ensure effective preparation, scheduling, coordination, reporting, implementation and completion of maintenance and repair plans. Coordination and management of equipment repairs to adhere to quality standards and repair schedules. Compliance with the standards and procedures of the computer maintenance and repair management system (CMMS) and maintaining the training of other employees.

Responsible for supporting the FGP Supply Chain Manager - Infrastructure in the implementation of the Spare Parts Acquisition Plan and execution of the associated work processes, including materials resource planning for spare parts to meet schedule requirements and resolution of spare parts supply issues. The Role will primarily involve the provision of Vendor Documentation completeness, Maintenance Discipline expertise, Spare Parts Data Analysis and Spare Parts Data Cleansing services to the OV Project to ensure a high-quality submission, evaluation and review of Suppliers recommended Spare Parts Lists, ensuring they fully meet the requirements set out by the project.

Planning for executing the routine, preventative and breakdown Mechanical maintenance and Inspection activities according to the relevant Company and Statutory safety requirements, ensuring they are adhered to in all activities; Site verification of all equipment relevant to work pack and completion of work pack checklist by coordinating the compilation of all required checklist items. Planning for the execution, testing, adjustment, and repair of all activities related to mechanical equipment, according to the relevant procedures and recommendations, in respect of time scheduling; Submitting of necessary information, log sheets and reports regarding progress of work packs completed and any identification of any issues preventing completion; Ensure completed work permits are attached to work packs, and accurate with an adequate risk assessment and that all safety precautions are outlined in the work pack prior to any work intervention on the facilities; Ensure that all Mechanical maintenance and Inspection activities are planned with the best working practice and in respect with scheduling programs; Identifying materials, tools and spare part requirements needed to carry out the activities; Ensuring the provision of adequate resources to carry out activities e.g. special tools and materials for the technicians and/or additional specialist maintenance support.

- Searching, collecting and inserting technical data for SAP program. - Collect data on equipment at the Karachaganak field KRO. - Company provided a list of equipment that is necessary to identify and input into SAP database for further maintenance. - Input technical data of created equipment or new equipment in the SAP program as well as documents such as P&IDs (Piping & Instrument Diagrams), Instrument loop diagrams, Datasheet, Electrical one line diagram, SPIL (spare parts), MRB (Manufacture Record Book), certificates. Creating maintenance plans (MP) and task lists (TL) - Data inputting into SAP for each equipment & spare parts.

Service of drilling motors, VERTITRAK, BCPM.
