Purchasing Leader reports directly to the Procurement Manager and shall assist and support Procurement Manager to manage all purchasing activities. Searching the material & services to ascertain the original Manufacturers (OEM) / advantageous vendors according to BI Group policies and procedures. Pre-Qualified Suppliers and visit their facilities that could possibly be involved with the CatRo and help achieve the Project objectives. Assistance in developing the Project Procurement Procedures & Strategy. Offshore/Onshore bidders pre-qualification. Preparing the inquiry package for client (TCO) approval. Update the Procurement report and Expediting report. Project - Kashagan Offshore Hook-Up, Agip KCO. Receive and register Material Requisitions from the Originator; Search for materials in local and foreign markets; Make inquiry documents; Make bid evaluation and obtain required approvals; Make Purchase Order in MIPS program; Keep track of material requisitions through the bidding and award phases; Track Purchase Orders through the delivery phase, including Expediting, Logistics. Receive materials/prepare material receiving reports; Notify the Originator of his/her order arrival; Prepare invoice approvals/submit them to accountants for approval.

Project – Sulphur Expansion, Tengizchevroil. Developing and improving internal procedures to be implemented within Procurement Department in accordance with Client's requirements. Continuing to carry out the same activities as at Buyer position. Negotiating, ordering and expediting according to budget and saving targets. Initiating/ monitoring progress of all materials requisitioned/ ordered within a group of procurement packages. Manage ongoing contract and purchase order administration, including contract variations; track contract expenditure against approved contract ceilings; develop contract expenditure reports.

Project – North Caspian Sea, Agip KCO. Sunkar-Rig 257 Procurement of Miscellaneous Equipment & Materials to Aral Parker Company in Tengiz, to Parker Drilling Company in offshore on rig-257 Sunkar and to Saipar Project in Aksai Update local purchase log. Assisted accountants in document check and inserted invoices in their program. Translated work procedures and assisted to divide tangible well expenses from intangible well expenses.

Project – North Caspian Sea, Agip KCO. Offshore Sunkar – Rig-257. Controlling oilfield equipments on offshore and coordinating with overseas freight forwarders for timely shipment of materials. Keep update master inventory of oilfield equipments and provide s/co supervisors with necessary information if they require any information of any equipment. Raising and closing manifests on rig-257 offshore Database system for shipping in/out materials and physically checking loaded/unloaded equipments prior to release any vessel. Update inventory in Ivara program. Make Manual and Replenishment requisition, receipt shipment, daily rig cost, weekly cost and monthly rig cost in Ivara program. Make inventory every year in offshore on rig-257 Sunkar.

Working with breathing equipment and fire fighting equipment. Assistant translator (documents and HSE manuals). Assist to instructor for H2S training.
