-daily inspection of crew roster, including assignment of crew duties, ensuring that all roster changes correspond to Flight Time Limiting Circuit contained in the Operations Manual; -inform alert crew and engineer about the flight by calls, messages and mail in advance; -coordinate with duty officer in matters of the safe and effective flight program delivery; -provision of crew information in the prescribed manner and in accordance with the requirements Provision of hotels list for booking to Manager Crew Planning in the prescribed manner; -provision of accommodation, transport and per diems for crew according to flight direction; -provision of office employees with accommodation and flight ticket according to Company policy with the advance approval; -responsible for the timely and proper enter of flight in AirOps and monitoring of its changes; -responsible for the air tickets, price check and connection flights according to Company policy; -cooperate with drivers, coordinate and allocate their time;

-greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane; -showing passengers to their seats and providing special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled; -serving meals and refreshments; -checking the condition and provision of emergency equipment and information for passengers; -demonstrating emergency equipment and safety procedures; -administering first aid; -dealing with emergencies; -supplying passengers with newspapers, magazines;

receiving calls, providing the necessary information; reservations; meeting and accommodation (check in / check out); receiving payment for accommodation and additional services; inform visitors on all the services provided; all matters arising from reviews.
