Work with local and/or foreign sourcing agents; provide recruiting of personnel; arrange meetings with the sourcing agents; manage personnel hiring process; require open/vacant positions report from the Technical/Responsible Manager; initiate process of internal search to close open/vacant positions; inform sourcing agents on open/vacant positions; prioritize personnel recruiting process; collect and share CVs among departments for review; remind on review period and require review results; arrange interview with the potential candidates; record CVs in the Company database with interview/review results; in case of successful personnel recruitment: prepare job offer with confirmation and wait for positive answer; notify administrative and financial departments on new starter accepted offer; for visa support; initiate personnel mobilization process; conduct initial orientation session for new starter; notify the team on new starter; in case of employee dismissal: 14 days after leaving - contact with the ex-employee to say thanks for his job and ask him on any questions regarding his former job in the Company; make sure that all questions are closed if available; prepare weekly/monthly/annual/quarterly reports on personnel recruitment; work with and update candidates’ data base; make sure that all CVs of all existing Company personnel are updated and in Company format; be sure that all confidential information regarding personnel, candidates / interview processes is fully preserved. Control / administer medical insurance for the Company expatriate employees Control/administer hiring process via agencies, maintaining and updating data bases, maintaining dossiers; Preparation of the following reports regarding employees hired via agencies: - salary reports; - report for London office; - monthly report for Project Controls department; prepare/issue insurance policies to local Company employees required for overseas business trips; prepare report on expatriate starters for Accountants department and relevant Clinic; coordinate and administer the Company Performance Appraisal process; administer the Company Medical Check-up process; arrange for annual flu vaccination; administer and control the process of induction both for local and expatriate personnel in terms of their on-line training passing, such as: OneWay, Global Data Protection, Code of Conduct, EMS Training and other similar training courses upon Company Management request; conduct induction for national and expatriate employees; within the limits of his competence Inform line manager on any shortcomings revealed in the course of his activity and propose remedial actions. If required, replace and perform functions of other HR employees; take part in arranging and conducting Company events; monitor labor discipline within the Company departments and observation of internal code of conduct by the Company employees; develop the state language within the Company HR department; other responsibilities as instructed by Line Manager
