• Active business development - maintaining relationships with existing customers and working to attract new ones for Pressure Pumping Services Department (Cementing, Coiled Tubing, and Stimulation of wells) in RCIS (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, and Azerbaijan); • Analysis of upcoming and ongoing projects (Profit and Loss) • Negotiating with clients and work together with other departments (HR, Legal, HSE, Quality, and etc) to minimize the risks for the company under contractual terms; • Preparation of technical and commercial proposals (including selection of equipment), participation in tender procedures; • Conducting presentations for customers (on the product and on the company's solutions); • Implementation of the monthly and annual sales plan in accordance with the company's strategy; • Active support for the development of strategic relations with customers in the territory of RCIS; • Sales forecasting and maintenance of relevant reports, implementation of the sales plan in accordance with the company's strategy; • Participation in meetings on the transfer of projects for execution to the project department and provision of relevant documentation; • Organization of Technology Days for Customers; • Calculation of Profit and Loss (P&L) of Project; • Keep recording of region opportunities in Deal Machine (Salesforce) • Monitoring tenders and providing full tender package and ensuring it complies with all tender requirements • Presenting Quarterly Commercial Review to HQ

• Providing engineering/technical solutions to Baker Hughes Clients in Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan (Zhaikmunai LLP, Total, Lukoil Uzbekistan, ENI-TKM, Direct Neft); • Designing, coordinating, execution and evaluation of coiled tubing operations (Intelligent CT intervention, TCP through CT, advanced CT applications, acidizing, nitrogen lift, well cleanout, milling, cementing, etc.); • Running simulation of Coiled Tubing jobs through CIRCA software; • Building and developing effective client relationships; • Participating in preparation of tenders and commercial agreements; • Consumption planning and ordering of stimulation chemicals from local and international suppliers.

• Providing engineering/technical support to Coiled Tubing operations for main client – Saudi ARAMCO; • Designing, coordinating, execution and evaluation of Coiled Tubing operations at HP wells (acidizing, fishing, well cleanout, well killing operations); • Running simulation of CT operations through CERBERUS software.

Job Duties: * Providing engineering/technical support to BHI Clients in Kazakhstan (Zhaikmunai LLP, Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.) * Designing, coordinating, execution and evaluation of coiled tubing operations (acidizing, nitrogen lift, well cleanout, milling, cementing, etc.) * Running simulation of Coiled Tubing jobs through CIRCA software ; * Building and developing effective client relationships ; * Participating in preparation of tenders and commercial agreements ; * Coaching and mentoring junior engineers

* Providing engineering/technical support to BHI Clients in Kazakhstan (Zhaikmunai LLP, Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, Tarbagatay Munai, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.) * Designing, coordinating, execution and evaluation of coiled tubing operations (acidizing, nitrogen lift, well cleanout, milling, cementing, etc.) * String Fatigue Tracking through Cycle Software

* Supervising jobs as per the Design provided and approved by the Client ; * Completes all the required pre and post job paper work and job tickets ; * Perform Stimulation Laboratory Tests and Subsequent Report ; * Stimulation Chemicals Inventory * Coiled Tubing String Inventory
