Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. Freight Forwarding to NCOC projects via helicopter and boat; Communicate with marine services and airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments; Document control; Checking the shipments for a Dangerous Goods; Cost Calculation Sheet; Monthly report; Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility;

Control and participation in General Muster Drills as Boarding Marshall Providing HSE Trainings (COSHH, Rig Floor Safety, Working at height, PPE, Manual Handling) Participation in investigations of the occurrence rate of industrial injuries, occupational disease, analyzing the reasons of occurrence Continual monitoring of Air VHF Frequency and all available Marine VHF/HF Frequencies Offshore helicopter refueling operations and general safety Monthly equipment, territory technical condition inspection Helideck safety equipment and procedures maintenance; Helicopter start-up and shut-down Emergency actions, Search and Rescue operations Handling of Boat Program, Material Movements, Crew Changes, Crew Time Sheets, POB, Accommodation Allotments, Muster List, T-Card Entries, Safety Announcements, Office Correspondence; Communicating with Ships, Base Offices HSE inductions to passengers Dangerous good (DG) management, Plan of actions in case of occurance Daily POB(Passengers on board) reports Refueling operations including 'hot' Refueling; daily fuel sampling (water shell detector, density and temperature measuring); Fuel tank cleaning procedures Creation and checking the T-cards

Comply with regulations , procedures , directives, orders, guidelines and regulations of higher authorities concerning the work of the Partnership; Work towards the effective and safe maintenance of aircraft and ships, create safe working environment for them. Take measures to ensure the safe operation of flights and traffic of aircraft and ships in the event of difficult situation and extraordinary circumstances of flight Monitor meteorological conditions, air traffic situation, marine traffic in the area concerned. Liaise with aeronautical station operators of different offshore installations and objects. Check the efficiency of radio navigation, lighting facilities, meteorological equipment at the work site. Monitor designated emergency frequencies in accordance with local and international regulations. Keep a journal to record radio communication information and information about the traffic of aircraft and ships. Participate in and assist with the training activities being conducted. Continuously be well-informed about the situation and the ongoing work at the site and make it available to all interested parties. Take measures to prevent and eliminate conflicts. Keep and provide different types of documentation according to the official duties and customer requirements for a particular facility. Advise on issues related to work performed. Participate in various meetings and briefings of the customer. Inform management about existing shortcomings in service and the measures taken to eliminate them. Improve knowledge and experience as a radio operator , continuously improve professional training and methodological skills Translate radio communication, documents and texts both from English into Russian and vice versa.
