-Administer invoices for market data and research invoices -Maintain inventory in the firm’s market data inventory management database -Support monthly close processes -Procurement of certain market data services -Oversight of soft dollar and sales/use tax policy and administration -Assist with budgets, ad hoc reporting, and other special projects

- Process supplier invoices - Prepare payment proposals - Initiate wire transfers or other method of electronic payments - Process and reconcile returned payments - Performing vendor reconciliation and following up and resolving items - Providing remittance advices to suppliers

- Complete vendor set up and maintenance in a timely - All performed changes are supported with required supporting documentation and comply with company’s requirements and procedures - High quality of master data - Seek and implement process updates/improvements to prevent future data quality issues

- Handle incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers - Analyze and resolve most common enquiries - Record the enquires details in the system

- Locating products - Negotiate pricing; recognize market trends and in-demand items - Developing and maintaining business relationships with Vendor Reps.
