Interfaces with the Project Construction, Turnover Coordinators and Walk Down Engineers to support Walk Down Engineer in organizing walk downs based on Contractor MC Notifications and project schedule. Records all identified punch items during Walk Downs. Supports MCPlus team by providing approved Final Construction Punch List to make sure the final punch list items and their status are accurate in the MCPlus system. Ensures that relevant punch lists of the Final Construction are available along with other punch list requirements as noted in the Punch List procedure. Participates in a pre-walk down meeting to ensure all participants understand the punch list requirements as detailed in the Punch List procedure. Participates in a post walk down meeting following the completion of the walk down to ensure all identified items are finalized, registered and categorized in accordance with the Punch List procedure Participates in Contractor weekly meetings to update Construction and Contractor teams on the status of punch list clearing in support of Mechanical Completions. Day to day monitor and control of punch list (PL) items for the project to ensure that the Subsystem / System dossiers are completed on time, by all disciplines, to meet Project completion date and reporting to Project engineer or CM also providing the status of PL to reporting team. Coordinate walkdown personnel for walkdowns ensuring that all walkdown technicians have the most up to date red line drawings to carry out walkdowns. Liaise with System Completions Team & Operations to notify them of up�coming walkdowns. Liaise with Construction on up-coming MC Walkdowns readiness status and ensure sufficient walkdown resources are available. Receive MC walkdown packages from construction contractor and distribute to relevant discipline leads for review. Collect all the consolidated agreed punch lists issued by all stakeholders after post MC Walkdown meeting and prepare the MC+ Punch list to be uploaded into MC+ Attend punchlist progress / MC meetings with construction contractors for inclusion in MC progress and schedule. Responsible for punch list monitoring on daily basis and priority compliance up to Handover. Ensure that punch lists items are accurate and properly filed and agreed with initiator and closed in system or approval to be obtained and recorded. Coordinate with Construction as System Completions Team representative (when applicable) for punch list clearance to meet target dates Coordinate and expedite with the Commissioning Engineers / Leads to punch list clearance priorities. Take necessary action to close that no open ‘A’ PL items and only agreed ‘B’ and ‘C’ items are remaining at point the SMCC signature. Take necessary action to close that no open ‘B’ PL items and only agreed ‘C’ items are remaining at point the RFC signature. Responsible for coordinating the liquidation, monitoring, audit of punchlist clearance and implementation of punchlist procedures to construction contractors in accordance with the Commissioning handover schedule. Ensure a continuous validation process of punchlist clearance is in operation. Issue punch lists reports to be attached to the Commissioning certificates (when applicable). Daily basis monitor and report punch list progress status by Sub-System/System. Set up systems for reporting on Subsystem certification status.

Setting up and updating the progress program (MileMarker) with the quantities installed and % complete in the different milestones. Generate the reports with data that is used by the Planners / Schedulers to analyze the progress, performance and to create the project curves; Ensures that the timely collection of accurately updated information is incorporated into programs, analyses the effect of the updated information and highlights and adverse situations to the MileMarker Coordinator; Ensures the timely preparations of reports, indicating budgeted, actual and forecast; Assist with preparation of narratives for reports, analyses achievements and their likely effects on remaining scope of work; Incorporates changes to the scope of work into Milemarker, and analyses their effects; Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager.

Monitor day to day construction progress and prepare the weekly report. Maintain and record update of site work progress. Prepare IWP (Installation Work Package). Detection constraints. Maintain safety standards for ensuring safeguard and cleanliness of the store. Secure merchandise on display. Ensure security of ladders. Remove pallets that are empty. Ensure merchandise are stabilized on risers, features, and on high walls. Remove cardboards and trash from sales floor. Keep floor neat, clean, and dry. Communicate with customers on questions on merchandise and locations of merchandise on the sales floor. Verify in-stock for customers on request. Responsible for retrieval of items from storage.
