Project coordination, working with customer on technical, operational and commercial directions, responsible for company KPIs

 Driving AL EC business with 12 employees in team.  Coordinates Turgai Petroleum, Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources projects in sales and service directions.  Provides application work for ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump).  Leading existed and new projects in all stages (contract negotiation, order placement, logistics and equipment integration).  Responsible for financial reports of AL product line with Rev $ 10MM per year.  Provides customers service, technical and commercial support.  Conducting presentations and participation in recruitment events.  Mentoring young LEAD (3 year development program) engineers.

 Coordinated BHI servicemen (7 employees) in Aktau/Kyzilorda region.  Responsible person for Maersk Oil Kazakhstan ESP project.  Provides application work for ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump).  Prepared technical and commercial documentation for tenders related to PCP and ESP.  Provided technical support in ESP application to Turgai Petroleum, Karakudukmunai, Emir Oil, Petro Kazakhstan Kumkol Resources customers with ESP well fund 100-120 wells.

 Coordinated BHI servicemen (2 employees) in Aktau region.  Responsible person for Maersk Oil Kazakhstan ESP project.  Provided application work for ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump).  Prepared technical and commercial documentation for tenders related to PCP and ESP.  Provided technical support in PCP application to Zhalgiztobe Munai, Karazhanbas, Buzachi customers.  Provided technical support in ESP application for customers: Maersk Oil Kazakhstan, Petrokazakhstan Kumkol Resources, ANEС with ESP well fund 50-60 wells.

 Field serviceman for PKKR customer in Kzyl-Orda region.  Provided technical support in ESP’s and PCP’s for PKKR customer.  Provided testing, investigation, troubleshooting of PCP for Karazhanbas, Buzachi.  Prepared reports for BHI PCP found on the fields of these customers.

 Field serviceman for PKKR customer in Kzyl-Orda region.  Provided ESP installation, pull-out, monitoring and adjusting jobs in the field.  Prepared recommendations for ESP application.  Prepared analysis and reports for ESP found for customer.
