- Controlling the work of Logistic department including development of the company's logistics strategy, optimization of logistics processes especially during the pandemic period, organization and control of cargo transportation, optimization of logistics costs, cost reduction; - Negotiations with foreign suppliers from China, Turkey, Europe, USA; - Handling of Different kinds of reports, including financial reports and business documents; - Planning purchases for the stock by estimating the needs of the customers, evaluating sales.

-Execute all air import/export shipments and documentation with accuracy at all time - Maintain close working relationships with carriers and customers to ensure customers feel no impact of any operational issues -Identify and resolve issues efficiently and report these in a timely manner -Provide rate and service information to the business development team which will aid gaining new business -Ensure systems are accurately updated in a timely manner in line with customer and company requirements -Proactively contact the customer with day to day shipment information, offloads or delays
