Legal support of business in various fields, structuring and launching the business of clients from start-up, managing the projects on debt collection (have collected USD 2 mln), corporate tax consultancy, managing the day to day work of the company starting from the first day (now company has 12 employees), checking the financial stability of the companies and giving the legal opinion to clients for granting the hire-purchase credits. Have conducted several successful projects: 1. Elaboration and implementation of e-commerce project for the German company in Kazakhstan. 2. Elaboration and implementation of project for Korean-Chinese company on export of special-purpose machines from China to Kazakhstan (there were determined supply and sale schemes with favourable conditions and with financial support of Chinese company). In this connection there was establised Kazakh-Chinese entity where the risk management of sales is provided by our company. 3. Participation in realization of joint Kazakh-Chinese project on opening of service companies on maintenance of special-purpose machines. 4. Legal support of transaction on acquisition of asset complex with value of more than $50 million. 5. Recovery of debts and 100% execution of the judgement within enforcement proceedings totaling to $2 million. 6. Legal support of acquisition of asset complex for establishing the machine building plant in Almaty with participation of Chinese company.
