•Conducting HSE inspections and audits commissioning of contractors at the onshore facility (in accordance with the schedule of inspections and audits) •Participate in the process of managing health, safety and environmental issues In contractor organizations as well as in meetings. •Participate in inspections in the field of health, safety and environmental Protection in contracting organizations. •Promotion and implementation of Safe Work Culture conditions among the staff of the contractors. •Report unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, investigation and reporting process. •Participate in the investigation of health and safety incidents, Monitor the final and safe implementation of actions taken as directed by line manager. •Promoting and implementing all safe working practices (working in confined spaces, lifting and rigging, working at height, commissioning, OPZ and LOTO, etc.). related to all pre-commissioning activities at the ground facility, ensuring efficient execution of the works. •To analyze the correctness of risk assessment, analysis of the hazard level of commissioning works of contractors.

• Coordinate and liaise with client HSE representative pertaining to HSE matters and participate in weekly project management and HSE Meeting. • Ensure crew are equipped with approved medical, "BOSIET" or "Sea Survival" and Safe Boat Transfer and other skilled trainings certificates deemed necessary for projects. • Coordinate and implement all HSE procedures during onshore and offshore project operations and ensure that all construction activities comply with company/project and Policies. • While onboard, conduct weekly/monthly fire emergency, ship abandon drill and ‘Man overboard’ exercise. Monthly inspection of Life Saving Apparatus and Fire Fighting Apparatus notify all POB on the importance of emergency exits and agrees directions and information regarding ‘T Cards’, mustering procedures and donning of life jackets in case of emergency situation. • Conduct weekly inspection on Breathing Apparatus and Fire Fighting Suits. Fire fighting equipment's: Safety harness, and Ladder inspection to ensure in safe order. •Ensure all offshore participants proper PPE while working, practicing the safe work procedures and safeguard environmental issues and company asset at workplace.

4ICP (4th Injection Compressor Project) • Control over compliance with legislative and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on occupational safety and health, preventive work to prevent occupational injuries, occupational and industrial diseases, measures to create healthy and safe working conditions in the organization. • Organization of quality control of briefings at workplaces, availability of necessary certificates and permits for employees. • Control of the system of warning and interlocking devices, fencing equipment and other means of protection from the impact of hazardous and harmful production factors. • Control of the system of issuance of PTW for hazardous works; Notification of the immediate supervisor of all discrepancies revealed in the process of activity, making proposals for their elimination, or taking actions within his competence. • Timely fulfillment of individual assignments and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and the HSE Manager. • Ensuring personal compliance with the employer's acts of all approved policies, regulations, instructions, and other Company documents within his/her competence • Conscientious, timely and quality performance of assigned tasks, labor duties in accordance with labor, collective agreements, this job description, regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the Company, acts of the employer and other controlled documents of the Company.

• Participation in the construction of the Tengiz field project 3GP PAR. • Working with documents in the field of occupational health and safety. • Monitoring compliance with safety in the manufacture of lifting operation, installation of metal structures, scaffolding activities, piping, welding radiography and general construction activities. • Control over the conduct of permits for the performance of work (PTW, PPHA, JSA) environmental aspects, control of sanitation and hygiene on the project, organization and conduct of emergency response training, identification of hazards in the process of work and coordination of risk control measures at the construction site.

•To maximize a physical presence on site to help in the prevention of unsafe conditions and eliminate bad-working practices in support of the first line Supervisors / Foreman. •To notify immediate supervisor of any identified deficiencies in the process of performing activities and make suggestions for their elimination. •Provide written reports as requested in a timely and correct manner in accordance with the HSE work instructions. •Promote periodical safety meetings. •React to any unsafe behavior detected in the field. •Monitor and enforce safety requirements of all Contractors / Sub-contractors. •Ensure that Permit to work has been carried out properly and provide the Internal Audits in the Permit to work system. •Ensure that the safe working and emergency procedures have been carried out. •Take part in performing different inspections and internal audits. •To study the labor condition at working places, to prepare new suggestions to improve protecting structures and fabrications, safety and blocking devices and other protective equipment. •To take a participation in performing of different inspections, inspection of technical condition of the buildings, premises, testing of equipment, machines, and devices, to check he effectiveness of ventilation system, condition of technical sanitary devises, sanitary-domestic rooms, PPE if they are satisfied the requirement of normative legal acts. To discover the violations, which is creating the risk for employee's life and health or leading to emergency, in these cases to take the necessary actions for stopping all equipment and devises operations, and production working activities in shops, shelters, areas and working places. •To supervise performing of different necessary testing of equipment, machines and devices, to follow the schedules of parameters measures of dangerous and harmful industrial factors, the implementation of Prescription documents from State Supervision Departments, the control and monitoring work if it is satisfied the safety and labor protection, legal acts, regulations and instructions, HSE standards during the production. •To provide the HSE Reports in accordance with standards form and in proper time. •To implement the supervision for performing safe and healthy work conditions at the working places. •To provide the supervision for proper storage and safe use of cylinders with compressed and liquid gases. •Apply and ensure the correct application of prescribed safety standards and regulations and take part in emergency drills and safety meetings. •To take participation in preparation of Trade Union Agreement, to make an article ``Safety & Laboure Protection’. •Take a participation in Accident Investigation, studying of the causes of occurred accidents, to organize the prevention trainings.
