-Follow the overall punch list system and define priority in line with Subsystem completion. -Review all punch lists issued prior to submittal to Database to be Ensure that the Field Punch List form is filled in correctly and that the punch list items are properly described and pertinent to the associated system / subsystem and are legitimate with respect to project specifications. - Monitor the clearance of such items by the contractor and subcontractors. - Expedite the review and signing of the completed punch lists so as to ensure the completion of the systems and subsystems in a timely manner - Coordinate and follow up of material status, make sure Contractor follows up and closes out priority punches, ensure that category "A" closed before MCC and Category "B" closed before RFSU and Category "C" closed before PAC, Export the spread sheet from database, populating, updating and filtering the database export spread sheet on a daily basis and distribution it to the Plant Construction Team on a daily basis.

Make sure that the technical specialists have correctly identified the label names on the valves and that the SAP number is applied to the spare parts. Ensure compliance with the requirements for the storage, preservation and protection of all static and rotating equipment, spare parts, tools, etc. at the facility, including the warehouse. Review of specific conservation procedures and supplier requirements for static and rotating equipment and ensure their implementation. Perform a gap analysis to identify vendor weaknesses in retention plans and suggest corrective actions .If necessary, monitor and direct personnel . Prepare, maintain, and control the tools and supplies needed for preservation. Review the preservation records and inspect the equipment to ensure that the maintenance of the preservation is carried out in accordance with approved standards during the preservation and commissioning phases. Review and prepare the conservation checklist that will be applied during the commissioning phase, and make sure that the conservation / maintenance procedures are performed during the commissioning phase. Control over the implementation of environmental work carried out by his team. Highlight and report any deficiencies or changes in the Contract scope of the design framework.
