- To monitor the progress periodically and perform the comparison analyses regarding the original plan in order to track the deviations, delays, critical activities and milestones - Monitoring of detailed and basic project schedules in respect to all sections (engineering, supply, installation, contracting) and keep schedules on track - Preparation of the necessary documents for project monitoring -Participation in meetings on issues of monitoring the implementation of projects, including the construction site (resource allocation, progress, catch-up plan for delays) -Preparation of Look Ahead Shedule -To monitor productivity of the project -Produce and distribute reports on a weekly / monthly basis for progress updating.

- Develop base line schedule in Primavera P6 - Develop progress measurement schedule - Prepare Pack Track monitoring table & up date - Prepare look ahead schedule - Analyst and alert critical part to project management Team - Create/update planning estimating/control methods and procedures to reflect the latest engineeringand Project Execution philosophies. - Report and having appropriate communication with senior/general managers - Maintain all plans in readiness for weekly/monthly reporting. - Support bid activities, plan production activities according to project schedule and availability of drawings, materials and personnel - Work in programs: Primavera P6; Microsoft Project, Excel, Word

- TCO FGP /WPMP Project - Coordinate with construction manager/Engineers to ensure quality of work for operability, maintainability, and technical intent on project - Filling of documentations, prepare Test Pack for Hydrotest - Rase the RIM (risk interface management system) - Prepare MR, FMR ( Material Request ) - Provide As-built drawing to Company acoording to procedure - Provide engineering review of requests relating to piping and mechanical - Create /Update Tracking Sheets for PIping, Civil ,Structural works - Working with diagrams, drawings and documentation from the manufacturer;(PID, ISO, MMM,QQQ, Datasheets) - Carry out verification of the above documents to ensure they are the latest version/revision. - Execute technical activities including mechanical calculations preparation of the mechanical documentation (i.e. functional and technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, valve data sheets, material requisitions and equipment list)

- TCO FGP/WPMP Project - Preparing TCO certification matrix - Preparing and issuing certification matrices to TCO RA Department and getting the approvals - Updating verification logs - Provide certificates of materials (piping, civil)
