Management of warehouse workers, (20-25 people) to ensure the completion of the assigned tasks in accordance with the established processes; Providing an inventory of spare parts, as well as receiving, processing and storing products; Planning the daily volume of work and monitoring the distribution of employees to workplaces; Also, the manager contacts dealers and takes immediate action to solve various problems; Provides the necessary training for employees in the workplace; Conducts daily meetings on labor safety and draws up protocols for unsafe behavior for employees; Checks daily the condition of equipment and warehouse equipment, and also monitors their condition in order to avoid high repair costs; Responsible for defining, documenting and implementing standard processes and warehouse procedures; Supports warehouse operations on an ongoing basis, negotiates with suppliers, monitors placed orders; Is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of SRA requests; Negotiates with a recruiting agency, conducts interviews and selects candidates for vacancies, monitors employees' working hours and overtime; Provides timely submission of documents to the accounting department and signed originals of internal documents for unloading and loading of the company's products; Makes adjustments to internal systems for returning products sent to the United States, is responsible for entering data on damaged and low quality products into the systems; Works with the quality and technology department (OKT), organizes and controls the quality control of parts in the warehouse; Responsible for the application of CPS principles in warehouse processes, weekly works with the PID team; participates in the development and implementation of the RCCA; Responsible for the implementation of the 5S audit in the warehouse.
