Assigned as a head of HSE department and Company safety leadership team for development of Company and Clients Safety Management System in accordance with local and other safety requirements. Job Responsibilities: √ Monitor and ensure compliance with Company statutory health, safety & environmental rules & regulations √ Communicate with Clients and Regulatory Authorities on matters related to HSE requirements and also guide the project teams on such matters √ Ensure all accidents and incidents are recorded, reported and investigated as required and that corrective action is implemented accordingly √ Develop and train personnel (including contractors) on HSE requirements √ Take lead in resolving technical problems/issues related to HSE √ Sets priorities to effectively support sustainable compliance on Health, Safety, and Environmental issues √ Training and qualification: assignment and tracking of training √ Prepare and track safety instructions, orders √ Provide on-site audits of crews and equipment to ensure proper operational and safe working practices are maintained in the field √ Tackle conflict matters related to safe behaviors or work environment √ Define the necessary preventive resources for the project, from a HSE point of view √ Implement and maintain of an emergency preparedness and response capability with procedures duly tailored to the company’s organization and activities, in compliance with Company policies and standards Development of Company: √ Safety programs √ Audit methodologies √ Hazard identification and mitigation methodologies √ Safety operating procedures √ Training programs √ Methodologies for performance measurement & monitoring, √ Identification of legal requirements, consultation & communication √ Leadership and safety culture Preparation of: √ Project specific safety plans √ Method statements √ Risk Assessments √ HSE Procedures

Coordination all operations activities of company on all sites. Onshore: BTC, WREP, NREP, SCP pipelines (Georgia and Azerbaijan) Offshore: Central, West, East Azeri, Shah Deniz, Chirag, Job Responsibilities: √ Control Supervision on sites, communication with client (meetings, correspondence). √ Communication with sub-contractors i.e. e-mailing, meetings, telecom. √ Assistance to Site Operations Manager. √ Improvement of safety culture as a part of safety leadership team. Preparation for crew mobilization to site: √ Issuing Work Packs. √ Request Site Visit Requests approval from Client. √ Provide with project information to Site Supervisors i.e. photos of work place and what to be done (if applicable), method statement, etc. √ Provide client with relevant documentation i.e. certification and qualification of personnel, materials, method statements, risk assessments, MSDS’s, certification dossiers. √ Review and approval of store requisition by Site Supervisor. √ Request required personnel from HR department. √ Request living allowance expenses from Account department. √ Request from Procurement department materials, consumables, equipment to be purchased for each project. √ Request required transport, plant and equipment from transportation department

Job Responsibilities: √ Implementation of approved Health and Safety objectives. √ Provide positive leadership within the projects and promote the adoption of best practice. √ Promote Health and Safety culture. √ Execution of HSE Assurance Plan in cooperation with Operation Manager. √ Manage and assist in toolbox talks, pre job, post-accident/incident, weekly and other HSE and administrative meetings. √ Supervise HSE compliance in operations. √ Constantly monitor and report progress to Operation Manager. √ Actively participate in all site activities and ensure all operations are conducted in a manner that accorded to company’s’ HSE policy. √ Leading and carrying out incident investigations in cooperation project engineer and operations manager √ Maintain safe system of work at yard area, where around 320 employees were working. √ Generators, welding machines, electrode heating ovens, compressors, grinding machine, drilling machine all were inspected and recorded regularly. √ Cranes, telescopic forklift, all vehicles inspected with checklist and after given the approval sticker. √ Arrangements of waste disposal - General waste, wooden waste, metal waste, hazardous waste were segregated and disposed through the authorised disposal agency. √ Colour coding system – in time certification of lifting equipment and gears. √ Training records of employees and the efficiency of such activity recorded in file. √ Monthly fire extinguisher inspection, repairing and recording. √ Conducting general toolbox talk at every Saturday. √ Preparing Weekly Safety Statistics and display on sign board. √ Ensure all accidents and incidents are recorded, reported and investigated. √ Safety Promotion – Choosing employee as Man of the Month.

Job Responsibilities: √ Provide project induction course for all site personnel. √ Understanding intention of the project and work schedule. √ Identify the hazards and assess the risk & mitigation measures. √ Place relevant signboards, Fire point at prominent locations. √ Providing identification stickers to trained Riggers, Banksman, Fire watch, First aider. √ Verify work permit, tested certificates, calibration certificates. √ Ensuring that proper documents such as EHS Guidelines, HSE Policy, Project HSE Plan, HSE Manual, HSE Procedures, Risk assessment, checklists, maintenance log, Visitors log are at work location √ Adopt Colour code for lifting gears. √ Prepare Inspection reports of cranes, all equipment, power tools, electrical connections, fire fighting systems, welfare facilities. √ Reporting unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near miss, accidents, incidents √ Arranging monthly safety tour and safety meeting with all supervisors & Construction Manager.
