Making recommendations from the menu if requested and answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner. • Greeting all guests using the guests’ name as often as possible and escorting them to their tables & building relationships with regular customers. Keeping the place of work and surrounding area clean and organized at all times. • Taking orders from guests and offering advice on the menu and ensure timely delivery of all food & beverage items to guest. • Receive food & drink orders & serve customer requests to the standards required and looking after guests with special needs i.e. dietary requirements, allergies, etc and passing food orders through to the kitchen staff promptly.
